Employee will be responsible for the creation of our small-batch, yeasted products. Working the entire process from mixing, shaping, baking and packaging - from beginning to end. Ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of baking principles and the ability to read and interpret recipes and instructions. Must have good time management skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and with a team. Must be able to work a swing shift (3pm - 1am, or there abouts, as needed), available weekends, and early mornings based on business needs. Applicants should have previous experience in a high-volume setting. High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Must have a food handler’s permit.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
-yeasted bread production
-bakery cleaning, as assigned
-Previous experience in food production a must
-Ability to work up to an 8 hour shift
-Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
