Nuflours is a certified gluten free and peanut free bakery serving fresh baked pastries and breads in Seattle, WA.
Our flour blend consists of millet, sorghum, tapioca and potato flours. We don't use rice or bean flour. Most products are also corn free and soy free, and items that contain nuts (almonds, pecans, pistachios, cashews) are clearly labeled. Items labeled vegan are egg, dairy, honey, and gelatin free.
