Needed: Bread Baker Extraordinaire

Are you passionate about making the perfect loaf of bread and thrive on making consistently delicious products every time? If so, we need you! Nuflours gluten free bakery is rapidly expanding and we need you. We're seeking a full-time bread baker who will be responsible for the creation of our small-batch, yeasted products. Working the entire process from mixing, shaping, baking and packaging -- process is beginning to end. 

Ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of baking principles and the ability to read and interpret recipes and instructions. Must have good time management skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and with a team. Must be able to work a swing shift (3pm -- 1am, or there abouts, as needed), available weekends, and early mornings based on business needs. Applicants should have previous experience in a high-volume setting. Must have a food handler's permit.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:
-yeasted bread production
-pastry production
-inspecting product
-packaging product
-bakery cleaning, as assigned
-dishes

Job Requirements:
-Previous experience in food production a must
-Ability to work up to an 8 hour shift
-Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

-Ability to project switch efficiently and timely
