Nuflours Story

Phebe Rossi founded Nuflours with the simple philosophy that everyone deserves delicious, satisfying gluten free pastries, breads, and cakes. She began the business in 2011, baking out of a rented commercial kitchen space in Seattle's Queen Anne neighborhood, and selling products at area farmers’ markets and coffee shops.

Nuflours currently serves the Seattle area with a single location in Capitol Hill, and provides pastries and breads wholesale throughout the region.
